line of said Road as the same is staked out on said land
four hundred and fifty-nine (459) feet and contains one
acre and one hundred and seventy-seven thousandths (1
177/1000) and an acre of land above high water mark of
Hudson River parcel No. 226 adjoins parcel number 225 and
contains on total length measure on the center line of said
road eleven hundred and sixty one (1161) feet and contains
two acres and six hundred and sixty-three (2 663/1000)
thousands of an acre of land below said high water mark. 
The said parcels are together bounded on the north by land
now or late of Josiah W. Wheeler; on the east by other
lands of the parties of the first part and other lands
adjoining the same below high water mark aforesaid, and on
the South by land now of late of Samuel Broom or land below
said high water mark adjoining land of Samuel Broom
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate, right, title, interest, dower, right of
dower, property, possession, claim, and demand whatsoever,
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the
first part and in or to the above described premises, and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances to
have and to hold the above granted and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second
part, their successors and assigns to their own proper use
and behoof forever, and it is understood that this
conveyance is made for the purposes and subject to the
provisions of the act entitled an act to authorize the
construction of a railroad from New York to Albany, passed
May 12, 1846 and the acts amendatory thereof, and the said
