description of the property transferred by the President to
the United States.
 
     The map appearing in the January 15th issue of the
paper
was most helpful. We have obtained another map and it is
enclosed for your files as the one you let me have became
quite worn by handling. You will notice that certain pencil
drawings have been placed thereon and they denote buildings
and sheds.
