Letter to the President, 10/4/43, from Hon. Cordell Hull, enclosing memorandum,   
signed by Dr. Eduard Benes, and left at Dept. by Czechoslovak Ambassador,  
concerning relations between Czechoslovak republic and the Vatican in years  
1918-1938 - this is a revised text of a memo which Dr. Benes handed to the
