a very disastrous end, is recognised by the Holy See, that the Holy See received its representative, causes great concern to all true Czechoslovaks and particularly Czechoslovak Catholics. VI. The object of this memorandum is to indicate the entire international situation of the Czechoslovak people and Czechoslovak State in connection with these ecclesiastical questions affecting Czechoslovakia. Slovakia will, without any doubt, again be a part of the Czechoslovak Republic. The Czechoslovak Government in London takes the view that, after the war, the Czech and Slovak people itself will freely and democratically adjust its mutual relationship by a revision of the former constitution.
