Letter from Hon, Myron C. Taylor, 5/25/44, to the president, tendering his   
resignation as American representative ans as vice-chairman of the   
Intergovernmental Committee on Political Refugees from Germany and   
Austria.  Encloses various papers in re work of the Committee and   
refers to a memorandum which he received from Mr. Pell, which is to be   
considered Mr. Pell's resignation from the Committee.  There does not   
           seem to be a memorandum from Mr. Pell.
