Confidential letter to the Pres. Oct 12, 1944 from Hon. Myron C. Taylor re   
relief to Italy and enclosing minutes od two meetings at which subject of   
relief supplies was discussed.  Also enclosed is copy of letter, 10-12-44,   
which Mr. Taylor received  from Commadore Ellery W. Stone, Acting Chief   
          Commissioner, Allied Control Commission.
