             I am enclosing herewith a statement showing 
the rents received and payments made for you by my 
brother during the year 1939.
 
             On checking it up, I found that Peter C. Rohan 
had not paid the June 1939 installment of rent amounting to 
$250. I called him up and he has promised to send me a
check.
