Dear Henry:-
 
           Here is the Collector's Notice form the Town of 
Hyde Park. Please check these assessments with thorse of 
1939. They should not be any higher because, as you know, 
the Newbold land on the Creek Road is already over-assessed.
 
           Also, if you fet a chance to see George Briggs 
tell him, for the lover of Mike to stop calling the Hill 
Cottage "The Dream Cottage".
