Your letter of April 17th received. I am glad
to hear from you again.
The three deeds of a 1/6 interest each of the
Lent wood lot to Ernest I. Hatfield have been recorded and
are in my possession. I also have in my possession a deed
executed by him to you, which has not been recorded.
I should like to see you, when convenient,
the next time you are at Hyde Park.
