Dear Miss LeHand:
 
                 Will you please remind the President 
that the taxes on his property amounting to $1,567.02 
are due and payable before February 28th. Since I wrote 
him on January llth, Moses Smith paid $279. on account 
of his rent. The present bank balance is $856.50.
 
                 Will you kindly ask the President to 
send me enough money to pay the taxes.
