Dear Franklin:
 
              In order that the Collector of Internal 
Revenue may determine whether or not the Executors of 
your mother's estate or "The James Roosevelt Memorial 
Library Association" will be liable for Social Security 
for Mrs.Bradley, the Librarian, and Mrs. Van Wagner, the 
janitor, I have filled out a questionnaire and am enclosing 
a copy.
 
              I wish you would please look it over and 
if all right, return it to me and I will file it and get 
the matter settled.
