                    A BILL
 
 
 
To reenact the provisions of section 2 of the joint resolution of
          August 31, 1935, as amended.
 
 
1    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
 
2 tives o/the United States o/America in Congress assembled,
 
3 That the provisions of section 2 of the joint resolution of
 
4 August 31, 1935, as amended by the joint resolution of May
 
5 1, 1937, except subsection .(e) of such section, a'e hereby
 
6 reenacted, as follows-
 
7    "EXPORT OF OTHER ARTICLES AND MATERIALS
 
8    "Sec.2 (a) Whenever the President shall have issued
 
9 a proclamation under the authority of section 1 of this Act
 
10 and he shall thereafter find that the placing of restrictions
 
11 on the shipment of certain axticles or materials in addition
