CONVINCED OF GERMANY'S ABILITY TO DEFEND HERSELF SUCCESSFULLY
 
ENGLAND  WOULD BE READY TO DISCUSS A BASIS FOR ENDING THE WAR.
 
UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANGES SHE WOULD FIND GERMANY EQUALLY READY 
 
TO TAKE PART IN SUCH DISCUSSION.
