examination, by certain maps and facts obtained from the attorney of
the estate and the caretaker residing hereon.
 
This appraisal is not made for any insurance purposes or the actual
reconstruction value of the respective buildings enumerated herein.
 
No zoning plan or ordinance of a political subdivision town board or
governing body has been considered.
 
No easements, rights of ways, life use or tenancies have been used in
considering the value of the property for this appraisal.
