Bennett Farm (concluded)

                        STABLE

A concrete block, two story stable wood shingle roof
with copper leaders and gutters, space for four automobiles,
electric lights, no heat running water piped from the main
house and a concrete floor. On the opposite side is the
stable with wood floors, three box stalls, electric lights
and a small harness room with a hot water furnace. A
chauffeur's room and bath on the second floor, heated and
finished in celetax board side walls. The balance of the
second story is an open hay loft. On the first floor
between the horse stalls and garage is an open space for
storage of wagons.

                       Grounds

The grounds surrounding these buildings are very nicely
landscaped and laid out. There is a flower garden,
vegetable garden but they are all situated some distance
from the main road, travelled over a private road which
must be privately maintained and through the re-
maining lands.

                       COTTAGE

Occupied by an employee, (Cornan) is a frame, asphalt
shingle roof cottage with leaders and gutters and one room
in the basement. There are two rooms and bath on the second
floor, two rooms on the third floor, hot air furnace
heating unit, electric lights, sink. There is a separate
well with an electric pump which furnishes the water. Also,
a frame garage and poultry house for which Moses Smith
receives an annual rental of $150.

I feel a fair market value for this property as of
April 12,1945 would be------------------------------$30,000.
