This illustrated brochure will contain a diagram of the
property, an airplane view, and a picture of Franklin D.
Roosevelt, and would contain the following descriptions
(asking prices may or may not be included in the brochure):

WEST TRACT
(See attached Sketch Map)

Ideal for Summer Camp

Approximately 113 acres, adjoining the FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT
LIBRARY AND HOMESTEAD at Hyde Park, Dutchess County, New
York.

The land is about two-thirds well-wooded, rough terrain,
with all of the beauty nature and the lovely Hudson Valley
can provide. The other one-third is open fields.

Seclusion: Seclusion is assured by the private road and
perfect control of the approach to the property.

Recreation: In addition to the bridle paths which interlace
the tract, there is a lovely sylvan pond nestling in the
deep recesses of the woods, fed by springs and small
streams of cold, clear water.
