     I am sure you will be interested to receive
 
the attached memoranda marked 5 and 5a of the series
 
and of which this is #2 of this paper. It is
 
translated from the German. It is secret and is 
 
being used in the same manner its predecessors have 
 
been used. In case you should care to show it to
 
others, please be good enough to impress upon
 
them that it must not be alluded to nor quoted from.
 
Our information is definitely confirmed to the effect
 
that the whole series represents an authoritative
 
disclosure of the situations with which they deal.
