South Russian agriculture and of some sources of raw
materials, especially oil and gasoline; the removal of
administration introduced, by the corps of emigrants
trained in Germany;
e. The erection of a uniform adminiatration in
europe in accordance with German regulations, and adjust-
ment of the foreign autonomous national goverments, and
also their subordination to German military and admin-
istrative supervision; standardization of law, business
agreements, etc.
