This program emanates from the intimate circle
of Alfred Rosenberg and I am informed that pratically                             
nothing is known of it abroad, it having arrived only
a few days ago through trustworthy channels. The 
influence of Rosenberg is reported to be on the increase
due to the turn of the Russian campaign.

the exclusive power to control all churches within
the borders of the Reich; it declares these to be
national churches
