-2- 6.Only a citizen can be entitled to decide with regard to the management and laws of the state. Therefore we demand that every public office, of whatever nature, whether in the Reich, a State, or a Commune, must only be held by citizens. We oppose the corruptive parliamentary system of filling posts merely from party viewpoints without consideration of character and qualifications. 7.We demand that above all else the state assume the obligation to provide for ways and means for its citizens to earn a livelihood. If it is not possible to care for the entire population of the state, the members of foreign nations (non-citizens) must be expelled from the Reich. 8.Any further immigration of non-Germans must be prevented. We demand that all non-Germans who have immigrated to Germany since August 2, 1914, be forced to leave the Reich immediately. 9. All citizens must have equal rights and duties. 10.The foremost duty of every citizen must be to work mentally or physically. The activity of the individual must not violate the interests of the generality but it must be carried on as a part of the whole and to benefit of all. Therefore we demand: 11. The abolition of income without work and effort. An end to interest bondage. |
