The British Ambassador advises that in his conversation with 
      the President, yesterday afternoon, he forgot to say that he 
      hopes the program of the King and Queen will not be released 
      or anything pertaining to it given out for publication until 
      there has been an opportunity to submit it to the King and to 
      obtain his approval.
