The Neterlands Government says that the United States Government are awaiting 
assent of His Majesty's Government to Dutch association
 
with the combined Chiefs of Staff Committee for
 
discussion of matters relating to the South West
 
Pacific.               Please at once inform the United
 
States Government that we welcome such
