     The New Zealand Minister, Mr. Nash, has sent
 
me today, for my information, a copy of a message
 
regarding New Caledonia which was sent by the New
 
Zealand Chief of Air Staff to the Chief of the Air
 
Staff in Australia.
 
     In the event that this message has not already
 
been brought to your attention, I am enclosing a copy
 
herewith since I believe it may be of interest to you.
 
I have sent a copy thereof to General Marshall.
