Birthday Dinner and Dance
in Honor of
President Roosevelt

under the AUSPICES of the
former associates and friends
of President Roosevelt in the
INSURANCE
FRATERNITY
OF NEW YORK

The purpose of this Dinner and Dance for the
President is to establish through the direct help
of the citizens of the country an endowment for
the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation, created
in 1926 by President Roosevelt, so that this
Foundation may carry on its National Crusade
against Infantile Paralysis, a scourge which
physically handicaps, every year, thousands of
American children.
