          It is my understanding that I may absolve you from a11 responsibility in the matter of the rent which might be obtained on the Hill Top Cottage.
 
          I do not wish this cottage to be occupied by anyone other than members of the family or by friends, and I do not wish any rent charged for it since the income from the estate is paid to me.
