      no durable settlement can be achieved by compromising for temporary 
      advantage the principles of the Atlantic Charter and by sacrificing 
      numerically small peoples for the aggrandizement of others. We 
      respectfully bring the above to your attention and we submit 
      that our views are in full accord with the expressed policy and 
      ideals of this our great and glorious United States of America 
      now engaged in war for the total victory of Freedom, Democracy
