The Secretary of the Treasury called with reference to the 
      attached memo from Mr. Stettinius, protesting against the sending 
      of draft re dollar balance to the Prime Minister. The Secretary 
      would like to see Mr. Stettinius memo in order to have more background 
      before preparing draft of cable to the P.M. on this subject.
