(3) AIR. It will be the responsibility of the British to provide appropriate air protection and
support for the United States Field Forces, establishments and installations in Northern Ireland, in
their mission, until such time as the means are made available to the Commander, United States
Forces in the British Isles, to assume this responsibility.
 
d SHELTER.
 
               It will be the responsibility of the British to provide shelter for the United States Army
Forces in Northern Ireland.
