Dear Franklin:
I acknowledge receipt of the tax bill
taxes on the Bennett and Tompkins farms. These taxes were
paid on December 18th, 1933 and I have the receipted bill
for them in my possession.
May I remind you that on Jan.llth I
sent you a statement of the rents received and payments
made by my brother on account of the Bennett and Tompkins
farms, also that we need $142.09 to pay the taxes which
are now due and payable.
The 1% period expires on February 7th.
