May 2, 1935. Dear Henry:- I am delighted that you have completed the Dumphy farm survey and also will see Edmund tomorrow. Why don't you run down here whenever it is convenient to you-- any day except Saturday or Sunday? Probably It Is best not to wait untl I go to Hyde Park the end of May or the beginning of June. Jeff Newbold suggested when he was down here last month- perhaps in fun that they might be glad to get rid of the whole of the farm north of the Dumphey place, i.e., the one that has the right of way out to Van Wagner Road. Always sincerely, Henry T. Hackett, Esq., 226 Union Street, Poughkeepsie, New York. |
