The map and survey of the land west of
Mrs. Mary Newbold Morgan to be conveyed to you has been
completed. I expect to go over this matter with Mr.Edmund
P. Rogers in the course of a few days.
On Tuesday, April 3Oth, we expect to
survey the rear part of the Dumphy farm owned by the Newbold
estate, which the Trustees are to convey to you.
If convenient for you, I would like to
see you about both of these matters before the titles are
finally passed.
