Dear Henry:-
 
              I am glad that the deed to the Newbold
property has been signed. Please let me know, as soon as you 
can, whom I should make the check out to and the amount. 
When I send you the check to the Newbold estate, will you 
have the deed recorded?
 
              I was sorry not to see you on Sunday but will
