Dear Henry:-
 
          I am delighted that the contract for the Rohan farm
 
has gone through and I am returning to you, duly signed,together
 
with check for $2,450, payable to Rohan.
 
     Will you also ask Pete if he will be good enough to
 
 have the corn ground plowed and limed this fall?
