January 15, 1936. Dear Henry: What would you think of offering Schaeffer $ 500 for his wood lot and the lane, allowing him to use the lane as far back as his land would then go? The reason I am rather keen to get the Jones land and the wood lot is that if anyone lived on top of the hill on the easterly end of the Newbold land, that Jones property could be made a very definite nuisance.
