             The deed to Peter C. Rohan's farm to you was executed
 
 by him and his wife and recorded in the Dutchess County Clerk's
 
 Office on Thursday,April 2nd, 1936.The fire insurance on the
 
 buildings is covered by binders until we can ascertain the sound
 
 value of them in order to place the proper amount of insurance
 
 thereon. Peter C. Rohan also signed the leases to the farm.
