Dear Franklin:                 
 
                       Frank Jacobs would like to sell his
farm to you for $14,000. He owns the old Winne farm next 
north of the one you purchased from Peter C.Rohan on Cream 
Street. I think his price is a little high.There are
about 92 acres in this property, and the Lent wood lot lies
between it and the part of the Dumphy farm which you
purchased from the Trustees of Mr. Newbold' s estate.
