Dear Franklin:
In reply to yours containing school tax bill from
Mrs. Coapman,collector, Mrs.Johannessen has paid up her rent to
Sept. 1st, 1936. Moses Smith has not paid any rent during 1936 and
owes $60. on last year's. We have written him several times but
have been unable to collect anything from him.
Therefore, there is only $169.21 in ourTreasury.
Please send me $77.23 to pay this school tax.
