to John M. Hackett and BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, as Executors
of the Estate of James R. Roosevelt, deceased, one-third
thereof to Franklin Delano Roosevelt and one-third thereof 
to the TRustess of the Trust created for the benefits of
Sarah D Roosevelt, and for such other and further relief as
to the Court may seem just and proper.
