En route to Florida
November 28, 1937
Dear Henry:
I enclose copy of letter to Charlie
Englehardt in reference to the electrical work on the Hughson
farm. It seems to me much better not to try to move the
Engelhardt'sin for this winter and Engelhardt can go to the
place and do the wiring, at any time at his convenience.
In view of this, I suppose also it is
better to letold man Birch stay there through the winter and
there should be someone there on account of insurance, etc.
I am returning the proposed deed and
copy from me to Mrs. Baacker and I think it is OK in every way.
My tooth still bothers me and I am off
for a week of sunshine.
As ever yours
Henry T. Hackett Esq.,

P. S. I am wondering what the supposed rights of the
telephone company and central , Hudson Gas and Electric Company
are in this property.
