receipt of your check for $856.30 to pay the taxes and
fire insurance premium. I have sent checks to pay the
Pleasant Valley taxes and the fire insurance premium
and will pay the Hyde Park taxes as soon as I receive
a check from Mrs. Backer to pay her share of the taxes.

have you let me know when you can see me at Hyde Park.
