                                          April 29, 1938.
 
Dear Moses:-
            Mr. William J. Oliver wrote that he had
estimated on
painting Mr. Moore's house and barn. I do not know who Mr.
Moore is but just in case he made a mistake and estimated
on out place, I hope you will not give him any commitment.
I am sorry for his but he is in constant litigation of one
kind or another.
            I hope to see you when I get home in about three
weeks.
