Dear Henry:-
 
              
               The enclosed came while I was away. Don't you
think it is absurd for Englehardt to refuse to put in the 
wiring just because Bill Birch lives in the house? As far
as I know, Bill Birch is a perfectly harmless old man. Will
 you look into it and tell me what you think?
