      the Schaffer-Jones purchase.
 
                  In regard to the  Lent wood
      lot, can you  find  out  who  pays the taxes 
      on it? I take it they are paid,
      every year by somebody who has an
      interest in the property.
 
                  I will be home over the week-
      end of May twenty-ninth and oount on
      seeing you then.
