Dear Franklin:
             I have just filed to be recorded in the County 
Clerk's Office a deed from Mrs. Harriet D. Adams to Ernest
I.Hatfield for her one-sixth interest in the Lent wood lot.
 
             That makes you the owner of threesixths, or
one- half, thereof.
 
             Hatfield is writing today to Mrs. Leo that her 
sister has signed and that $200. is at the Merchants Bank
for her when she sends them the deed signed by her.
