Dear Henry:
 
          I am glad Mr. Lent of Highland thinks he can get 
quit claim deeds from two of the Lent heirs. I am enclosing 
my check for $200.00 to your order in case Mrs. Leo's deed 
goes though.
 
         Sorry not to have seen you Monday but I will be
back,I hope, by the seventh and will see you then.
