Dear Henry:-
 
           I had not thought of the point that sight be 
raised either. It would be a pity to have the action fall 
down. Therefore, I agree that it is best to go ahead with 
the original plan and get two more titles to the lot. Then 
we would have four shares and would be "sitting pretty."
