Attorney Lent sees the lot and realizes the situation, he
will commence a partition action and as the one who
commences it has control, I think it well that Hatfield
start one as soon as possible. Before we get to a sale, we
might be able to buy out the other four owners; if we don't
we will have to take our chances at an auction.
