Dear Sir:-
 
           A client of mine, Mrs. Charlotte Lent Leo, has 
requested me to obtain some information regarding certain 
property formerly of her father for which she says are are 
making her an offer. While I have the description of the 
property I haven't been able so far to locate it from that
description to my satisfaction, although I think I have a
general impression as to its whereabouts. Will you explain
to me definitely where it lies and I will report to Mrs.
Leo something definite on the subject?
