Dear Franklin:
Replying to your letter of June 28th in
reference to claim of George P. Davis, I am informed
by Mr. Featherstone, Claim Agent for the United States
Fidelity Guaranty Company, which carries the liability
insurance on your property, that Davis wnats more than
$500. and his attorney, James E. Carroll, is talking
about suing.
The action can be commenced by the service of a summons
or a summons and complaint. If you have not seen any
summons, then the action has not been started.
