FRANK JACOBS and CHARLES JACOBS Liber 398 Page 521 ---------------- x Con. $10. etc. Conveys: ALL that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Hyde Park aforesaid and bounded and described as follows: On the north by lands of Harry B. Marshall and John McCollock, east by land now or late of Abraham Converse, on the south by lands of Edgar A. Briggs and William Gregg and west by lands of the estate of David B. Lent. Containing 92 acres of land be the same more or less, and being the lands described in the following three deeds, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description, viz: A deed from Sylvanus Wilbur and wife to James Winne, dated the 10th day of April, 1822 and recorded in the Dutchess County Clerk's 0ffice in Liber "C" of deeds at page 154 etc. A deed fron Joseph Thorn and wife to Nicholas Winne, dated the 2nd day of May 1857 and recorded in maid Clerk's Office in Liber 109 of deed at page 510 and a deed from William Parmalee and wife dated the first day of May, 1857 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Book No. 109 of Deeds at page 102 given to Nicholas Winne. Except a right of way, if any, over the premises above described from what is known as the Lent Wood lot to the public highway. Being the memo premises described in a deed made and executed by James A. Winne and others to Paul Dupilka and Anna Dupilka husband and wife by deed dated Feb. 26th, 1902 and recorded in the Dutchess County Clark's Office Feb. 26, 1902 in Liber 3l8 of deeds at page 136. The said Paul Dupilka died intestate on the 2nd day of August, 1914. |
